The rope groove increases the contact area of the wire rope, ensures the orderly arrangement of the wire rope, prevents mutual friction, and improves the service life of the wire rope. generally, the spiral rope groove is used for single-layer winding, and the lebus rope groove is used for multi-layer winding.
